Katrina came to me wanting some beautiful photos to give to her husband-to-be on their wedding day. She wanted something classy and sexy, but without showing too much skin. We had a little look on Pinterest, and spoke about any worries and insecurities Katrina had, and how we could banish them on the day of the shoot. With any boudoir, as soon as any worries are mentioned, I work hard to make sure I have a plan to make you feel at ease. This could mean posing in a certain way, making sure we have a relaxing atmosphere or even keeping in constant contact to ensure I can answer any questions you may have.
When Katrina arrived, we had music playing, and drinks and nibbles prepared too! We had a little chat about what, types of shots she wanted, the make up and her music taste! Then we sat her down and Nat worked her beauty magic! I love the make up on this shoot, so light and natural but really lends itself to the lighting!
I made sure that I got some great shots of the bling which I think is really important for these bridal boudoir shoots! I love how sleek and sexy these images are while still being classy and beautiful.
During the shoot it became apparent how comfortable and happy Katrina was, she was so lovely to work with and took direction amazingly! She had the most beautiful smile I have ever seen and looks absolutely stunning in all of her photos.
Katrina says, ‘I was so comfortable during the shoot you made me forget I didn’t have any clothes on! Natalie and Vicky are so chatty and bubbly and made me feel at ease while I was in the studio. My husband absolutely loved the photos on the day of the wedding and it was the perfect gift.’
What do you think, would you like a boudoir shoot as a gift for your future husband?
